WIN 8 CONFERENCE APP
Internal app for Nike’s Envision conference hosting more than 500 attendees. When guests registered, they received a Surface with the app installed for them to use for three days.
I worked exclusively on this app with the conference attendee in mind. The goal was to show the conference agenda, see the speakers, map of the hotel and third party vendors. If a guest missed a presentation, they could download the powerpoint presentation for that individual speaker. A feature was included that they could favorite and save speakers they wanted to attend and learn from.
The app involved video integration, download capabilities, integrating Office 365, and storing resources on Azure. This app was nominated for the Circle of Excellence in addition to earning the Customer Service award at the District level in the Microsoft NWD EPG space.
